It has been almost a year since Reni and I first thought about how amazing it would be to create something truly our own. Back then, we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into.

Reaching today, now that the webshop has successfully opened its doors, we can truly see the bigger picture, and looking back, we faced many exciting challenges along the way.

 

Why did we start?

 

We always wanted to have a family business together, discussing several options to find what we could be truly authentic in. What is something we both relate to and can contribute to?

One thing to know about Reni is that she has loved fashion since childhood. Anyone who knows her is aware that she has a great relationship with all kinds of clothing, from casual homewear to extravagant concert outfits. So, the idea came naturally – the only question was execution, the how and the when. Fortunately, my strength lies in working out the fine details, logistics, and technical implementation.

We are well aware that the fashion industry is highly saturated, and customers have thousands of webshops to choose from. Despite this, we believed from the very beginning that we could create a product that has a place in the market. Our unique patterns and premium-quality materials ensure that our garments are not only practical but also truly attractive while perfectly highlighting feminine curves.

Newcomers on the Field

We didn’t want to compromise – which was both a blessing and a challenge. As newcomers, we often found that just when we thought we were in the home stretch, a new surprise awaited:

  • Redesigning patterns: The initial designs seemed great, but trials and production revealed that not everything works the same in reality as on paper.
  • Fabric sourcing: One of the biggest challenges was finding the right materials. It took time and multiple attempts to find partners who truly delivered what they promised.
  • Sewing and tailoring: We always envisioned 100% local production. At times, we had to rethink our collaborations along the way to achieve the quality we had in mind.

Alongside these, we also learned a lot about the technical side of online operations:

  • We automate logistics with Webshippy, which is a huge advantage for us. Especially since fulfilling international orders was a goal from day one.
  • The secure card payment solution from Barion was essential, as customer trust is key for a modern webshop.

Every obstacle and every “learning cost” brought us closer to truly feeling this brand as our own. It was never easy for a moment, but the thought of creating something valuable and lasting always motivated us.
